As I am under no delusions that there is anyone out there actually reading this blog, i have not bothered to post in a while. Two weeks in fact.

Test month is nearly over, only one exam left... tomorrow between the hours of 9am and 11am I shall be endevouring to prove to my Materials Science professor that i DO in fact know a fair amount about metals, plastics, ceramics (and glasses) and a wee bit about compsites. Oh yeah and let's not forget semiconductors either.

Then I shall go work for 2 hours tutoring, and then celebrate the end of exams by buying myself an ice-cream.

On Monday I shall go and demonstrate that the C program I wrote (a network simulator) does not, in fact, actually work... then hand in my last engineering drawing assignment and...

my freshman year will be officially over.

*ticker tape*

i feel a sad sense of anti-climax, ticker tape and ice-cream not withstanding.

One year, a quarter of my degree, is over.

I am a little bit older and not much wiser.

Kinda scary.

Oh well, enough philospophical musings, on with the summer :-)
